  Awful. I know that there are mute buttons on the mic for the drive through, maybe they should be used. I don't need to hear personal conversations while I'm trying to order in the drive-thru. I also don't appreciate hearing, "I GOT IT, I GOT IT," loudly after my order is taken. Wasn't sure if that was being said to me or to another employee, but it was incredibly rude.
  
  The hash browns tasted like they were doused in chemicals and were dripping grease. I was disappointed that there were no biscuits because that's the only reason why I still visit Dunkin Donuts. The coffee is generally too sweet and the donuts too dry. I think I'll visit a different Dunkin before I swear this company off completely.

  Love my dunkin'! Yum except they did away with my favorite. Toasted coconut. And I love cream filled , not barvarian filled. Bring them back.

  It was completely awful crew member was rude!! Took ten mins just to get two dozen donuts!! Which should have been prepared before you opened like my dunkin on 192 does!! I will never go back to this Dunkin again and will be sure to tell everyone I know this Dunkin sucks!

  The coffee did not taste right. It had a sour taste. The cream cheese on the bagel did as well. Maybe it was due to something else spoiled in the fridge and caused the food to taste that way. I am not sure, but the food did not taste the usual way. Nice customer service though.
