  We have been sitting in the top level back corner for 1 hour now. We still do not have our dinner salad. Bo is in the weeds and generally and not doing too great. I hope the food isn't as bad as the service. I can't rate that yet. Haven't seen anything resembling my dinner yet. I can't even get my tea refilled. Update............................................................. My tea did eventually get refilled. Food came at 1 hour and 15 minutes. Steak was sent back, sizzling chicken and shrimp was closer to jerky. Salmon was dry and the top was actually cold. My burger was pretty good.

  The Jack Daniels chicken was really good but it was smaller then the menu photo. The service and management here are better then any other place with this style of dinning. The food is good but they are copping out of quality and putting bacon on almost everything.

  Every time I visit TGI Friday, it just gets worse! Tables were a mess, the server had no idea that they had customers waiting for service. Even the Hostess had to deliver drinks for the tables. Food was terrible! The food was basically food from the frozen food section of the grocery store, throw into a microwave and served on the modern plate. The presentation, Cleanliness and the basic server job details fell far down that crack, TGI Friday better off closing it's doors.
